Fernando Garzon, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean of the College of Health and Behavioral Studies at Regent University. He is a licensed psychologist, and his extensive clinical experience spans various settings, including outpatient practices, managed care, VA facilities, hospitals, pastoral care, and church environments.

Dr. Garzon is recognized for his research and writings on Christian meditation, forgiveness, Christian inner healing prayer, multicultural issues, and lay counseling models of ministry. His scholarly work includes numerous articles in academic journals and contributions to edited volumes.
